US Green Group: Trail workday
In the morning of October 21, 2022, a group of Sage employees participated in a community service event in Thousand Oaks, California with two local organizations, The Conejo Open Space Foundation and the Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency.
India Green Group: Say no to plastics
Sage India organized a competition in April 2022 at both the Delhi and Dehradun locations. During that time, we asked our employees to write a pledge on sustainable initiatives they would want to drive at the workplace and at home. Some 54 pledges were signed in Delhi and 85 in Dehradun.

Sage and Stonewall partnership: Our progress in 2022
Sage has been partnering with Stonewall, an LGBTQIA+ rights organization, since 2021 through the Stonewall Diversity Champions Programme. The effort helps us create a more inclusive and supportive environment for our LGBTQIA+ staff, both present and future.

Sage staff have set up a number of voluntary, regional, employee-led groups that help to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. The groups support each other and offer a safe space where employees can discuss challenges to improve conditions and make the working environment more inclusive for everyone.
